some really nice guy i don't know just sent me some mp3s. he saw what i wrote on monkeySARS and sent me the songs i am missing! now i am listening the The Red Rooster.

i have been invited to a party! one of my blog friends is having a jell-o wresting hoedown without any jell-o or hos which are down. actually, it is a soft rock party. perhaps i will go and meet all sorts of people i do not know. this is appealing because madhavi has left me again to slaughter innocent treefish for the weekend.
she keeps doing that.
anyway. the party is in berkeley on friday. the rock there will be soft. the booze there will be hard. perhaps you'd like to go (read=drive me)? that would be nice because i've got nothing to do this weekend except go to a wedding on boat dressed as a pirate.
and pack! bleh. the thing i do not like about packing is starting to pack. once you start to pack, then your room turns into boxlandia. then, you reach that point, waaaayyy before you're ready, when you need to dismantle the stereo and the computer and then you sit in your room, huddling between stacks of boxes, waiting for the end to come.
maybe i will just GET some boxes this weekend. then i can procrastinate until next weekend to really box shit up.
yes. you heard me, pal. i'm gonna box shit up. you got a problem with that? you wanna fight? 'cause i'm gonna box. shit. up.
also, madhavi is gone and i'm going to play with the dog the dog the doggie so party at her house! we're gonna have a keg and a live band and chocolate pudding in a vat but no bowls or spoons. then when she comes home and her house is absolutely trashed i will take off all my clothes and pass out in the bath tub while liberally smeared with pudding so she can be reminded of how bad an idea it is to leave me ever.
i am SO clever!
and looking for things to do this weekend.
